Owego Planning Board Cancels February 8th Meeting

A February 8th meeting of the Owego Planning Board to review the proposed Taylor Garbage recycling facility in Apalachin has been cancelled. Taylor needed additional time to make revisions to their proposal. The meeting has not yet been rescheduled.
