Support the Arts! Student Artwork from Six Tioga County High Schools on Display in Owego

Tioga Arts Council (TAC) is hosting throughout the month of May the Tioga County High School Student Exhibition consisting of selected students’ artwork from Candor, Newark Valley, Owego, Spencer-Van Etten, Tioga Central, and Waverly schools. The public is invited to attend opening night from 5:00 p.m., to 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 6, at both TAC’s main and youth galleries, 179 Front St., Owego. Following opening night, the exhibition will run from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Wednesdays through Saturdays, May 7 through 27. Each school showcases up to 20 samples of student artwork which will be judged and awards given for painting, photography, pencil and ink, mixed media, 3-D and Best in Show.
