For the second time this year, members of Sayre Rotary recently held a work bee at the Guthrie Gardens as one of their many community service projects. Weeds were pulled and dug, unused raised beds were dismantled and, as officials said with a smile everyone had a great time “playing in the dirt”. Guthrie Gardens is a community based garden that provides vegetables and fruits to people right in the community. Sayre Rotarians meet weekly on Tuesday at 12:10 pm at the Grill at the Station in Sayre.
