Gander Mountain Sued by ACA Victim's Husband

The husband of one of the ACA shooting victims is seeking $3.75 million from the company that sold Jiverly Wong multiple guns prior to the shootings.
In a lawsuit filed Friday, Samir Muhammad Al-Salihi is suing Gander Mountain.
His wife, Layla Salman Khalil, was shot during the 2009 tragedy and later died.
Al-Salihi claims that the Gander Mountain store sold Wong four handguns despite numerous signs pointing to the fact that he was mentally unstable.
The man is seeking money on behalf of his wife and family’s pain and suffering, as well as for funeral and hospital expenses.
