Endicott Police Charged Man with ‘Hate Crime’ Hasassment

Endicott Police announce the arrest of Chad M. Quick, age 40, of Endicott for first-degree Harassment as a Hate Crime. Quick was arrested after an investigation revealed he yelled racial epithets combined with physical threats at a crossing guard, while the guard was on duty early last Thursday. Quick was arrested on Friday morning.

Quick was released on an Appearance Ticket for Village of Endicott Court on Wednesday, November 22.

Endicott police said this arrest is not related to the Personal Injury Accident that occurred Thursday involving a crossing guard at the intersection of Vestal Avenue and Central Street.Police did not include any other information about that incident in a news release Friday about the hate crime arresst.
