The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant Tuesday at 713 Pickwick Drive in the Town of Vestal. Bienvenido J. Aponte was arrested following the execution of the search warrant. Task Force investigators located approximately 20 grams of Fentanyl, approximately 34 grams of Marijuana, drug packaging materials, digital scales used to weigh narcotics and $1,133 in suspected drug sale proceeds.
The Task Force was assisted on scene by the Vestal Police Department.
Aponte is expected to be arraigned Tuesday night and remanded to the Broome County Sheriff’s Correctional Facility.

Black male, 29 years old
Charges: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a class B Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, a class C Felony and two counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, class A Misdemeanors.
