Owego Man Arrested by Waverly Police on Drug Charges

As the result of a traffic stop on Pine Street , Waverly officers made the following arrest: DAN PERRY, age 42, of Owego, was arrested for two felonies and four misdemeanor charges.

  • Felony criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree; CPCS 4th (both felonies).
  • CPCS 7th, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd degree (two counts – all 3 misdemeanors).
  • Misdemeanor Aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.

PERRY was the driver of the vehicle stopped and he was arrested without incident. PERRY was arraigned in the Village of Waverly Justice Court and remanded to the Tioga County jail to await further legal action. No bail was set.

A female passenger, MINDYN L.  MARMILLION, age 35, Owego, was also charged with two misdemeanors:, CPCS 7th and Criminal Use of Drug paraphernalia. MARMILLION was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Waverly court on a upcoming August date.
