Beginning Thursday, households in Tioga, Broome, Chemung, Bradford, Tompkins and other counties in the Southern Tier of New York and the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania will start receiving letters of invitation from the U.S. Census Bureau to complete the 2020 Census Form, either online or by phone. Remember to complete the form as soon as possible.
