A Bath man is accused of sexually abusing a child. Police say Christopher Castro had sexual contact with a child under the age of 11 earlier this month. Castro is charged with first-degree sexual abuse. Police say the investigation has been turned over to the Steuben County District Attorney’s office for presentation to a grand jury.
