Cal Harris has had his license suspended following his DWI arrest in December. Harris was charged in Cortland following a call to 911 that he had struck a vehicle on I-81 and left the scene. State Police allege that his blood alcohol content was 0.13. Harris disputes this version of the event, admitting he had a few drinks earlier in the evening, but was OK to drive when the incident happened. He also said he did not hit the other vehicle. Harris will be back in Town of Preble Court on February 13th.
