Frank Brady, 56, of Delancy was driving a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro on Holmes Hollow Road in Delhi on May 25th at about 3PM.
Brady was approaching the intersection with Scotch Mountain Road when he lost control of the vehicle, sliding the vehicle sideways through the intersection across Scotch Mountain Road, striking two steel posts, then continuing into a group of trees.
Brady was arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated, and Failure to Stop for Stop Sign.
Brady was released on traffic tickets to reappear at a later date in the Delhi Town Court.
