Last week Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested and charged Daniel C. Rippe, 23, of Walton, with Endangering the Welfare of a Child a class A misdemeanor.
It is alleged that Daniel Rippe held a child off of a bridge in the Village of Walton.
Daniel was arraigned in the Village of Walton Court and remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail.
