US Congressman Dennis Kucinich has filed suit against the Longworth House Office Building’s cafeteria for selling him a sandwich that contained a pitted olive.
Kucinich claims that the olive pit caused dental damage when he bit into the sandwich.
The Cleveland Congressman seeks $150,000 in Washington’s Superior Court.
According to the lawsuit, the pit caused permanent dental and oral injuries requiring multiple surgical and dental procedures.
