Following a nearly seven-week manhunt, Eric Frein was taken into custody last night. Frein was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals at approximately 6 p.m. Frein was found in an open field near an airplane hangar close to Tannersville. He was found with weapons, according to CBS News, but surrendered quickly. Frein is scheduled to be arraigned at 9 a.m. Friday at the Pike County Court House. Prosecutors said they expect to pursue to death penalty. And according to officials, after originally cancelling Halloween trick-or-treating in that area. It is back on now for children in northeastern Pennsylvania.
