Starting Monday, October 7, 2019, through Thursday, October 10, 2019, I-81 North/NY 17 West will be reduced to one lane between Exit 3 (Broad Ave.) and Exit 4A (Binghamton/Port Dickinson) for pavement grinding and pavement sealing operations. This work will take place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and is weather dependent. Please expect long traffic delays during these times for this operation.
