The former drama club director in the Sayre and Athens school districts has admitted to committing two counts of Institutional Sexual Assault after inappropriate conduct with multiple students. 38-year-old Justin Patrick Shaw, of Waverly, will be sentenced in December. He was initially charged with nearly two dozen counts to include institutional sexual assault and indecent assault. The victims were teenage boys and girls. In one case, according to WETM, Athens High School Principal Corey Mosier contacted Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 7, 2019, after a 17-year-old male student told him about several incidents with Shaw. News 18 says the incidents occurred at several locations in Bradford County and at Shaw’s home in New York starting in November 2017.
