The Town of Owego Supervisor’s race went to Gary Hellmers, who received just over 51 percent of the vote in Tuesday’s Republican primary.
Hellmers picked up 521 votes with John Loftus receiving 305 and Joseph Dapolito earning 192.
Hellmers will now run unopposed in the general election.
In the race for the Town of Owego’s superintendent of highways, Mark Clark received 563 votes to beat out Michael Roberts, who received 448 votes.
There were no Democrats running on the other side of the ballot.
Michael Simmons won the Republican primary for Town of Berkshire supervisor, while William Spoonhower narrowly beat out George Hoffmier, Jr. 95 to 87 for Berkshire’s Superintendent of Highways.
