Police and fire crews were called to a chimney fire in Frankfort, Herkimer County Saturday.
When firefighters were putting out the flames they noticed what appeared to be marijuana plants and notified officers at the scene.
Police got a search warrant and say they found 66 plants, along with drug and manufacturing paraphernalia in the home.
Leon Cooper, 59, and Martha Cooper, 57, were arrested.
Both were arraigned and sent to the Herkimer County Jail on $1,500 bail.
