The father has been charged with first-degree murder, second-degree attempted murder, burglary, conspiracy, tampering with evidence, and other charges. The daughter is listed as an accomplice by police, and is facing second-degree murder, tampering with evidence, custodial interference and conspiracy charges.

Karrie, an RIT student in Rochester, was arrested at her apartment in Syracuse. Her father was taken into custody in Princeton, New Jersey and will be extradited back to New York this week. If convicted on the murder charge, he faces up to life in prison and his daughter faces 15 to 25 years behind bars. They are both scheduled for arraignment on Monday.
