Darryl Brown, 44, of Ithaca was arrested Wednesday by the New York State Police on felony Assault charges.
Brown was arrested after stabbing a person during an altercation in the Town of Enfield.
Brown was arraigned before Town of Enfield Justice Betty Poole and remanded to the Tompkins County Jail without bail pending further court action.
The victim, who suffered non life threatening injuries, was treated at Cayuga Medical Center and released.
