Father Phillip Ferrara, 48, has been arrested on charges stemming from sexual contact with a 14 year old boy.
The Pennsylvania State Police said the offense occurred last November at the Our Lady of Solitude Retreat Center in Little Meadows, Pennsylvania.
Ferrara turned himself in on Friday.
