(Towanda, PA) – Pennsylvania State Police at Towanda have charged two teenagers, with Bradford County addresses, in the assault of a teenaged classmate, also from Bradford County, on the Bloomsburg University campus at 8:30 p.m. on July 23, according to a news release from State Police.
