Five people were injured in a Chemung County crash on Saturday morning.
The sheriff’s office says it happened when 37-year-old Karen Webb failed to yield the right of way while turning onto State Route 328 in Southport. A vehicle driven by 60-year-old John DeMuth struck her minivan.
Webb and her three children were taken to the Arnot Ogden Medical Center with injuries. Two of the children were later transferred to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester along with DeMuth. The sheriff’s office says the man is in satisfactory condition.
