The Tioga County Rural Ministry is holding an “All You Can Eat” Super Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, February 7th from 8am until noon. The breakfast will be held at Tioga Opportunities at 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd. in Owego. It will include: pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, fruit, and assorted drinks. A free will offering will be collected.
