Arrest Made After Shots Fired In Binghamton

A man is arrested after firing a gun in Binghamton.  Police responded to the area of 32 Schiller Street around at 11:39 p.m. Wednesday to reports of gunshots. There, they found and arrested 23-year-old Carnell McCarden Jr. of Binghamton.  Police say they also found a handgun.  However, police say there was no victim in the incident, and no one was injured.  McCarden is charged with 3 counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
