Police in Ithaca have arrested a teen in connection with the stabbing that injured four women.
According to officers, they responded to a fight on Chestnut Street around 8 p.m. on Thursday. After arriving to the scene, they found four victims with stab wounds. Officers said none of the injuries appeared to by life threatening. After investigation, police arrested 17-year-old Dante Sweat. He is charged with one count of second degree assault. Sweat was arraigned and sent to Tompkins County Jail on $10,000 bail. Police said more charges are pending.
