The Endicott Police with the assistance of New York State Unemployment Insurance Investigators arrested Scott E. Guelzow, 35, of Endicott, for Grand Larceny and Offering a False Instrument for Filing.
Guelzow is accused of filing for unemployment and receiving more than $10,500 in unemployment benefits while actually being employed.
Guelzow was arraigned in the Village of Endicott court and released on his own recognizance.
