With the November general election just over a month away, candidates across the region continue to meet with local residents to hear their concerns. Incumbent Republican Assemblyman Christopher Friend is seeking reelection to continue to fight unfunded mandates, transparency, and ethics reform in Albany. He was a guest on Tuesday’s WEBO Morning Show. Assemblyman Friend represents New York’s 124th Assembly district which covers a portion of Chemung County, all of Tioga County, as well as a portion of Broome County. Friend will be running against democratic candidate Bill Batrowney in November’s general election.
