There’s a new restaurant in town. Bill’s Restaurant is located at 53 South Depot Street in the Village of Owego. Bill’s is open from 11am until 9pm Tuesday through Thursday, 11am-10pm on Friday, and 4pm until 10pm on Saturday. Bill’s offers a Casual American menu with lunch, dinner, takeout, and catering options available.
