Binghamton Woman Charged Thousands on Stolen Card

A Binghamton woman is accused of charging thousands of dollars to a stolen credit card. 26-year-old Tiffany Farinha was arrested Thursday on two felony charges, one of grand larceny in the third degree, the other criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.

Police say Farinha charged over $9,000 to the stolen credit card. She worked at an independent boarding home for disabled individuals that was run in her mother’s home on Pulaski Street in Dickinson. Anyone with family members that live or have lived in the home and have information related to this arrest are asked to contact Detective Deborah Phelps at 607-778-2334. Farinha was sent to the Broome County jail without bail.
