Pennsylvania State Police embarked on a high-speed chase after they say a Troy man tried to get away from troopers during an investigation. On Friday, troopers traveled through three different townships: Wysox, Asylum and Monroe. Troopers say the man, from Troy, was under the influence of drugs and threw a container of bath salts out the window of his car during the pursuit. They also said he had drug paraphernalia in the car. He was arrested for felony fleeing, eluding while driving under the influence, driving under the influence of drugs, reckless endangerment, drug possession, drug paraphernalia possession and 32 traffic violations.
