The woman who was missing in Athens Borough was found and transported to Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital at around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, according to the Athens Borough Police.
Multiple agencies worked together to do an aggressive land, water and air search of Sayre, Athens Borough and Athens Township.
The Athens Borough Police, Athens Township Police, Sayre Borough Police, Bradford County Sheriff’s Office, Bradford County Emergency Management, Athens Borough Fire Department, Athens Township FD, Litchfield FD, Ulster-Sheshequin FD, Ridgebury FD, Windham FD, Laurel Mountain K-9 and Bradford County 911 were all involved in the search.
The Bradford County Department of Public Safety thanked Custom Rebuilders for allowing crews to access their building for restrooms and electricity as well as the use of their parking lot to stage units.

The Athens Borough Police Department is looking for help from the public with locating a missing person.
Judy Ann Johnston walked away from her home in Athens Borough last evening at approximately 7 p.m., Monday evening, May 13th, and has not returned.
Judy is 5′ 3″ tall, approx. 170 lbs., with long straight gray/white hair and green eyes.
Judy was last seen wearing a light colored peach/pink T-shirt, light colored sweatpants and sneakers. She was not wearing her glasses and does not have any identification on her.
Judy Is in the stages of Dementia and may talk about how she wants to visit her brother and/or her mother who have both passed some time ago.
Judy is in good physical shape and can walk at a very good pace when she wants.
According to police she was seen last evening around 8:15-8:30 p.m. walking North on Route 220 (towards Waverly NY) near the 199 entrance.
Her family and Athens Borough Police are looking for any information or leads to bring Judy home safe.
