A Millerton man was sentenced to at least two years in state prison following a conviction for dealing meth.
According to Bradford County District Attorney Richard Wilson, 48-year-old Earl E. Moretz, Jr. was sentenced to 25 months to 72 months in state prison for two counts of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance.
Moretz was originally charged in March of 2023 after a search warrant yielded drugs at his residence in Wells Township. He was later charged in December of 2023 and again in January of this year.
The investigation was completed by members of the Bradford County Drug Task Force.
