A federal grand jury in Pennsylvania has indicted eight people on drug charges. According to the US Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, six Bradford County Residents and two New Yorkers have been charged with illegally importing and distributing bath salts throughout Bradford County. All eight pleaded not guilty. They could face up to 20 years in jail, a period supervised release, and a fine. The Drug Enforcement Administration, Pennsylvania State Police, and the Athens Borough Police Department worked together during the investigation.
