Bail has been set at $50,000 unsecured for Bradford County, Pa., man facing two dozen charges including six counts of rape of a child. Pennsylvania troopers also charged 28-year-old Daniel Harbst, of Towanda, with corruption of minors and indecent assault involving a child under age 13. He made his first court appearance shortly before noon Wednesday. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June 5.
