A Bradford County man has been sentenced to up to six years in state prison for selling heroin and meth.
According to the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office, 39-year-old Burlington resident Mark D. Petrucci was sentenced to a minimum of 40 months to a maximum of 80 months for the charges of possession with the intent to deliver meth and possession with intent to deliver heroin.
Petrucci was arrested in April of last year when state police found him with a duffel bag that had drugs and items connected to selling narcotics inside.
Petrucci has a lengthy criminal history in Bradford County, including other drug charges, forgery, theft, resisting arrest and DUI.
