Bradford County woman facing charges after allegedly crashing car while drunk with kids in car

A Bradford County woman is facing felony child endangerment charges after allegedly crashing her vehicle while under the influence with three children in the car on Friday in Asylum Township.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 31-year-old New Albany resident Paige Mariah Williams was driving a vehicle with her three kids in the back seat when she left the roadway on Tiptop Road and struck a tree. She was returning with her kids from a trip to a local creek.

The three children were transported to the Guthrie Towanda campus for treatment. One was then taken to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre due to bleeding from an open head wound.

Williams has been charged with felony and misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of children as well as misdemeanor DUI and other related charges.

She was remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $50,000 bail.
