A Canton High School student was killed on Wednesday in what the Canton School District called a tragic accident in a post on the district’s Facebook page.
In the statement, the school district asked the community to support the family, the school faculty, staff and student body during this difficult time.
Canton High School was open on Thursday with grief counselors on site for any students or staff that needed to talk.
