The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a fugitive from justice out of Bradford County.
According to the sheriff’s office, 36-year-old Jeffrey A. Rosenheck was arrested at his home in Southport on Tuesday.
Rosenheck was wanted out of Pennsylvania for aggravated assault, attempts to cause bodily injury with a deadly weapon, which is a felony in the second degree.
Rosenheck was remanded to the Chemung County Jail to await extradition back to Bradford County.
