A home in Athens Borough was destroyed by a fire on Thursday morning.
Firefighters responded to a home on North River Road at around 1 a.m. on Thursday. The rear of the house was engulfed in flames, and it took about an hour to get it under control.
No injuries were reported from the incident.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
