Galeton man facing charges in connection with 2020 murder in Potter County

A Galeton man has been arrested for his role in a murder that occurred in Potter County in 2020.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 65-year-old Varley William Fuller was arrested by officers from the Hornell, New York Police Department on Friday.

Fuller has been charged with first degree criminal conspiracy to commit murder, first degree murder, second degree murder, third degree murder, kidnapping and tampering with physical evidence.

The charges are connected to the March 2020 murder of 19-year-old Joshua Ramos.

Galeton residents Felicia Kay Cary, Krysten Lauren Crosby and Kyle Michael Nathan Moore have all been convicted and sentenced to decades in prison for their roles in the crime.

Fuller was taken to the Potter County Jail where he is being held without bail.
