Guthrie Hospice is holding its annual Good Grief Day Camp on June 18, 19 and 20 for children ages 6t hrough 18 who have experienced the death of a loved one. The bereavement support camp is held at the Vesper Church Spiritual Life Center in Standing Stone in Bradford County, Pa.
Good Grief Day Camp provides an atmosphere to help children understand that their feelings are normal, lets them celebrate the life of the person who has died and teaches them coping skills. There is no fee for the Good Grief Day Camp. The camp is supported by the efforts of Guthrie Hospice and Bradford-Sullivan Counties Office of Mental Health.
