A manufacturing facility in Wysox will be sold in the near future following a court order.

Jeld-Wen Holding, Inc. has announced it will sell the business and assets to Woodgrain, Inc. for approximately $115 million dollars.

Jeld-Wen took over the facility in 2012 when it acquired CraftMaster Inc., but the company was subject to an anti-trust lawsuit brought by Steves and Son in 2016.

A judge issued a court order in 2018 that directed Jeld-Wen to divest itself of the Bradford County facility. An appeal by the company was denied in 2021.

The sale of the facility to Woodgrain is expected to close as early as Dec. 31.
