National Day of Prayer event to be held in Towanda next week

The annual National Day of Prayer will be observed in Towanda next week.

The local event will be held on the steps of the Bradford County Courthouse at noon on Thursday, May 1.

At the event, the Bradford County Commissioners will designate May 1 as a Day of Prayer in the county.
