Pennsylvania State Police are continuing to investigate an apparent murder suicide that left four people dead in Bradford County. It happened sometime Friday at a home on Goodeneck Road in Wyalusing.

As troopers and investigators piece the case together, they believe right now that Jesse Northrup shot and killed three people before turning the gun on himself. The other victims have been identified as Edwin Bidlack, Candy Bidlack and Johnnie Johnson.

The Coroner’s Office said Sunday that Northrup had abruptly stopped taking medication which could have had a harmful side effect. He had also recently been fired from his job. Police say a motive remains unclear.
