The Pennsylvania State Police is offering a reward for any information about the 2013 murder of Harry Brian Mitchell.
Mitchell was fatally shot in his cabin on Lake View Lane in New Albany between December 22nd and 23rd in 2013.
The cabin is located in a rural area with a few homes nearby. Mitchell was at the cabin with his dog when he was struck by a single bullet.
