Pennsylvania State Police have arrested a man who held three people at gunpoint inside his home. 53-year-old Eugene Moore of Augusta Road in Bradford County is charged with multiple offenses including: Terroristic Threats, Unlawful Restraint, and False Imprisonment. Troopers say Moore kept his victims inside his bedroom. They say they were able to get the victims out of the house through a bedroom window, while Moore was in the Kitchen. Moore then reportedly came out of the house, shotgun in hand, and did not comply with several orders police gave him. Police say he eventually did lay on the ground and give up the shotgun. According to authorities, Moore did resist arrest while being placed in custody and multiple rounds of ammunition were found on him. Troopers say Moore blamed the three victims for his marriage problems. The victims included a 58-year-old woman, 20-year-old woman, and 37-year-old man. Moore was committed to the Bradford County Correctional Facility under $150,000 bail. There will be a preliminary hearing on Tuesday.
