Plans for a new Dunkin’ in Wysox hit a snag this week.
According to The Daily Review, the Bradford County Planning Commission tabled a decision to grant conditional, preliminary approval for the project during its meeting on Tuesday.
The delay is due to possible traffic issues at the site, which would be built at 1135 Golden Mile Road, next to Fulmer’s Sporting Goods near the intersection with Craftmaster Road.
Planning board officials believe the current design of the Dunkin’ would create a safety hazard when motorists in the drive-through extend into the roadway and block traffic.
The planning commission is expected to bring the project back to the table at its next meeting on July 15th.
