Sayre, Pa. – The Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital Wound Care team has been named a Center of Distinction for 2023 and has received the Robert A. Warriner, III Clinical Excellence Award. The team excelled in several key performance areas to earn these prestigious recognitions from Healogics, one of the nation’s leading providers of advanced wound care services.

The Center of Distinction Award is given to centers that achieve exceptional patient satisfaction rates. The Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital Wound Care team achieved a patient satisfaction rate of 92 percent or higher, demonstrating their dedication to providing high-quality care and service.

In addition, the team received the Robert A. Warriner, III Clinical Excellence Award by attaining a remarkable healing rate of 83 percent or higher. This award recognizes centers that achieve outstanding clinical outcomes, highlighting the team’s expertise and commitment to helping patients heal.
