The Sayre Elks will hold its annual Soccer Shoot on Saturday, Sept. 7.
The event will run from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Valley Youth Soccer Fields on Wilawana Road in Athens.
This is free to any child ages 4 to 15. The age groups are 4 through 7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13 and 14-15.
The top boy and top girl in each age group will advance to the Elks District Shoot in Frackville, Pennsylvania on Oct. 20. The state shoot is at Penn State on Nov. 17th.
